The Adventure Unfolds:
- The training flotilla kicks off with a comprehensive safety briefing on the first day, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for the journey ahead.
- Each day will feature insightful briefings about the day’s activities, covering a range of topics from navigation techniques to practical skills like long lining and stern to berthing
- Each day our training team will come up with suggestions on the daily swim stops and final destination of the day depending on the weather conditions.

Join our ionianMode training flotilla with your friends and family and combine training with holidays among the most beautiful islands of the Ionian
The Weekly Schedule
- The yachts will be ready for accommodation by Saturday midday.
- On day one you will join the yacht and you will meet the rest of the flotilla crews and your Lead Crew. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and briefed by your flotilla Skipper about the basics regards the yacht and its surroundings. Once everyone has arrived we will have the chance to discuss the itinerary and the plan for the week.
- On Saturday afternoon you will have the chance to familiarise your selves with your yacht and her equipment and visit the beautiful Lefkas Town. Our Lead Crew will organize a group meal at a local restaurant where the crews will have the chance to meet each other.
- The week course starts on Sunday morning from our base in Lefkas Town and finishes on Friday afternoon.
- On Sunday morning our Lead Crew will organize the initial safety briefing. (You will be informed about the venue and time on the spot) and the same day at our first destination we will organise a punch party at the beach
- Our Lead Crew will organize daily briefings before departure as well as daily lessons such as mooring & sailing techniques
- During your training flotilla week, you will sail a minimum distance of 100NM around the islands of the Ionian and you will visit the most interesting and beautiful ports of the area.
- On our daily routine, we will have lunch and swim stops in one of the most idyllic bays of the Ionian islands and we will spend the night in a different destination at a time, where you will have the chance to explore the local culture and cuisine of Lefkada, Kefalonia, and Ithaca.
- By Friday afternoon ( 17.00) we will return to our base, where we will have to refuel the yachts and do the check-out with the base crew
- By Saturday 09.00 we will have to leave the yachts for our base crew to get them ready for the next group.
